Shake lightly before each use. On an empty stomach or between meals, take 3/4 tsp (4 ml) by mouth. May also mix in 1 oz. of water or juice (juice may be preferred due to the potent taste of glutathione). Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 3 hours of bedtime.

Purified water, glycerin, natural flavors, and potassium sorbate (0.1%, to deter spoilage). 

Does not contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or gluten.
